It also has dual illumination night vision with Full NightColor warm/white LED & IR-LED nightvision. The camera captures 5-Megapixel @20fps video with a wide 129° viewing angle. Please note that a PoE injector or switch is required for operation, but is not included and must be purchased separately.

For professional playback and recording, you can use the Amcrest Surveillance Pro software on a PC (compatible with Windows and MAC) or Blue Iris Professional. The camera is compatible with Amcrest Cloud remote video storage, Amcrest NVRs, Synology and QNAP NAS, SFTP, FTP, and popular web browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari without the need for a plugin.

The camera supports dual H.265/H.264 compression for maximum encryption and compatibility with both modern and legacy platforms. Please note that the AI features are not supported with Alexa integration through AmcrestCloud.
- SECURE CLOUD VIDEO BACKUP – To ensure the safety of your video footage, you have the option to subscribe to the Amcrest Cloud remote video storage service. This service automatically stores your videos securely in a third-party location hosted by Amazon AWS. In case of any issues with your local storage devices such as PC, NVR, NAS, or MicroSD, the recorded footage will be safely stored off-site and accessible through a web-based interface on your PC (compatible with Chrome/Firefox/Safari/Edge) or the AmcrestCloud smartphone app.
